More than a decade ago, Crossfire Ministry co-founders Randy Shepherd and Jamie Johnson filmed one of their very first videos together. In it, they shared their heart for the Gospel, their vision for basketball camps, and their prayer to reach as many young people as possible with both the game of basketball and the message of Jesus Christ.
That simple video was more than promotion — it was a statement of faith. Randy and Jamie believed God would take their willingness and multiply it. And He did. Over the years, the Lord has brought thousands of boys and girls, from local communities to international cities, through the doors of Crossfire camps. With every dribble, every drill, and every devotional, hearts were opened and lives were changed.
Today, even as Randy has gone home to be with the Lord, the legacy of that vision continues. We hear stories daily of how God used those camps — and that early faith — to transform entire families.
